An awakening in heartwarming sunlight can shift the perception of a space. From spectral and eerie to tender and alive.

13200 Avenue La Fayette offers a delicate glimpse into fleeting moments of daily life, shared between strangers who became friends.
Candid photographs and portraits are interwoven to document a summer spent living and working in an abandoned restaurant and holiday club, temporarily reimagined as an exhibition space in the South of France.
This self-published photo zine explores the relationships between the protagonists and the liminal space they inhabit — one suspended between function and abandonment, where faded wallpaper becomes the prevailing texture.

Nostalgia lingers in every room.
It’s left to the viewer to wonder:
is this a goodbye,
or a farewell?
